My own personal story goes like this, I am working with a company that promotes LIFE, HEALTH, and PROSPERITY for all and that is our mission. If I were to focus solely on my own LIFE, HEALTH, and PROSPERITY I would not reach any level of success and if I did it certainly would not last long. Instead what I do is strictly focus on helping everyone I come in contact with experience benefits and value towards their own LIFE, HEALTH, and PROSPERITY. I focus on helping others first for the grander vision and by me doing so my own life has dramatically been impacted forever.

Small Compounding actions taken on a daily basis will yield you massive results.
By doing small daily actions and building them into habits will bring you incredible success. It is not that result happen from doing things once it is the progressive action repeated consistently that will bring you to the top.
For example, you don’t have one massive healthy meal then for the rest of the week eat poorly and expect your body to preform at it’s best, no, it is small healthy meals multiple times a day, everyday that will bring you to a level of health and wellbeing that will allow you to function at the top of your game.
You don’t work out 1 day for 7 hours and then not exercise for the rest of the week and expect to improve your strength, mobility and joint function, it comes from working out for 30-45 mins 5-7 days a week that will do this for you.
You see it is compounding! Repeat the actions over and over and you’ll improve.
By making small daily investments in you you’ll soon reap massive results because of the compounding effects.
Eat well multiple times everyday, exercise 30mins to an hour everyday, read from great books everyday, write your thoughts and ideas down everyday, market yourself everyday, practice your passions everyday, stretch your comfort zone everyday, face your fears everyday, get a good sleep everyday, plan and live by your calendar everyday, review your business everyday, take focused specific actions that produce the best results everyday, take time to goal set everyday, think everyday, and be the best you in the world everyday, refusing to play small! Reach and unleash your inner champion everyday!
By making these actions habit you’ll speed towards success and leave most people in your tracks wondering what happened while you’re enjoying life they way you’ve always dreamt.

The image you hold of yourself otherwise known as your self-image is the view you hold in your head about who you are. As hard as you work to do and be more you will not and cannot ever outperform it. Your self-image is the limiting factor in your success.
Your self-image is like the governor on a car, your car will hit a top speed which is set by the governor, there is more power and more capability in your engine but since it is governed by a computer it will never reach its full potential no matter how hard you press on the gas.
Same is true with your life and your potential. If you have a low self-image no matter how hard you try to get a head you will always be limited by that image you hold of yourself. In order for you to grow and become more successful you must work on your self-image.
You improve your self-image by reading, listening to audios, hanging around with successful people, attending seminars, exercising, eating well, controlling your thoughts and being a more positive person.
Once you’ve successfully improved your self-image you will be able to reach new levels of success in every area of your life. You’ll be in a position to decide just how high you want to climb the ladder of success.

Managers know that 20% of the work (the first 10% and the last 10%) consume 80% of your time and resources. You can apply the 80/20 Rule to almost anything and everything, from the science of management to the physical world.
You know 80% of your production comes from 20% of your sales team. You know the other 80% of your sales team will be the ones who want 80% of your time but the reality is you need to give your 80% producers (the 20% of your sales team that produces 80% of your sales) 80% of your time and the 20% producers only 20% of your time.
A great strategy for ensuring you’re able to effectively work with all of the people on your team is to give the top 20% of your team 1 on 1 time and your other 80% of your team group time so that you’re still able to effectively work with them.

Some people may think well why don’t I just cut the 80% of the team who only produce 20% of the results from the team…well if you did that what would happen is you’d create a new 80/20 scenario within your team again. To build a successful network marketing business from home you must have a simple, duplicate-able system that your average person can tap into and follow that will ensure they are successful.
This system must include 3 steps to expose your prospects to your products and opportunity. It must help you sift and sort people, all the while, allowing your business partners to say as little as possible.
The tools that you use must do most, if not all, of the the talking for you.
The 3 steps required in the system must be;
1. a sizzle call (a 3-4 minute phone call that you can 3-way your prospects into to give them a brief overview of the products and opportunity)
2. a website that contains a few videos that further explain the products and opportunity. These videos need to be short and to the point yet exciting enough that a person will want to know more.
3. a face to face meeting where prospects can come and try the products, meet the people and see the rest of the opportunity through watching a DVD which gives them the final overview they need to take action.
As your prospects are moved through your company’s system they must be pre-qualified or eliminated, that way, once you finally do meet with them in a face to face home party you know that this prospect has been exposed to the generic information that each and every other prospect in the room has. When this occurs you can be certain that this prospect has come to the home party fully understanding why they are in the room and are wanting to be there.
You need 3 exposures because that is the average number it takes a hot or warm prospect to make a buying decision. When you are speaking to a cold prospect is will take an average of 7 exposures for them to know, like and trust you and make that all important buying decision.
Your goal, as a business builder, in network marketing needs to be to put as many people in the top of the funnel and through step 1 as possible and then keep moving the prospects through the system until action takers pop out the bottom, fully informed and ready to either build the business with you or buy your products. By doing this you have already began to train your new partners as to the methods they will use to grow their businesses. They were shown the system and they will use that same system, after all they know it works…it got them started
If the company you have chosen to work with does not have a system that sounds something like this you need to re-evaluate your chosen company because it will drastically decrease your chance of success and more importantly it will decrease the chance that your prospects will have success.

A self centered person could care less about the other people present in a group, to them they are the most important person in the group and usually only enjoy hearing their own voice.
A people person will use humour to lighten the mood and instantly make people feel better about being in the room, in other words, they use humour to make others feel comfortable. A self centered person just isn’t funny

- Use/ remember people’s names
- Listen
- Make eye contact when listening and talking, not the creepy kind but just enough so people know you’re paying attention to them
- Show you have an open mind and be free of judgment
- Ask great questions and dig deeper to help understand the why’s behind their answers
- Talk about others own interests and passions
- Use good humor when possible to break down barriers and help others instantly feel more comfortable
- Repeat the answers back to the person after they answer a question for you
- nod and use positive body language while interacting with others
- Think with a positive mind and expectations, believe others want to be good and are always doing their best with the circumstances in their world at the present moment
