Many people think the purpose of learning is to accumulate knowledge. That is false. The purpose of learning and education is to TAKE ACTION! Don’t worry about always doing the right things…worry about learning from the things we do. There is no failure, only feedback.

Focus on building relationships and building value for the people you meet. Always add value first, the more value you add, the more people will want to be around you and do things for you in return. Become a person who is focused on the relationship first. Give first, and then give again.
3. A Master Prospector is always consistent
Stay off the roller coaster ride of other people’s emotions. Stay focused on building your business and helping your team build theirs. Be the leader who is always taking the consistent actions that get the best results and teach others to do the same. Be consistent every day.
4. A Master Prospector studies and models other Masters
Be a student. Learn from people who are the Masters. Study them, work near them, be in their presence and take action on what you learn.
