Who’s on your team?

To achieve the life you’ve always dreamt of you must be surrounded by a great team. No one ever accomplishes anything on their own. Successful people always have a strong group of supportive, motivating, positive and uplifting people on their side. I call those people team mates and in order for you to be a success and lead a great life you must choose your team mates wisely.

You must be careful not to let any dream stealers onto your team. You can’t allow negative people onto your team. You can’t allow downers, critics or gossipers onto your team. All of these types of people will be your surest way to a quick defeat.

You must pick a team of people who will encourage you, motivate you, allow you to dream, tell you to get off your butt and go after your dreams. You must pick people who make you better and bring out your best talents and strengths. You must surround yourself with people who are better than you. You must surround yourself with people who you’d like to be like. You must surround yourself with people who will talk about ideas and opportunity. You must be around people who will consistently inject positive vibrations into your life. You must surround yourself with people who will buy you a good book, introduce you to other successful people and bring your up to your best.

In order for you to be the best you can be your need the absolute best people around you. Hold the image of your power team in your head, take a regular inventory of your current team mates and make cuts if you need to and draft new talent to take your game to the next level. Always be open to opportunity to meet that next great person who may take you to the top. They are out there, I know I have just found a truely amazing one!
